My Story

My journey into nutrition and health began from a place of personal understanding. Like many of the clients I work with, I've experienced the frustration of conflicting diet advice, the exhaustion of restrictive eating, and the emotional toll of feeling disconnected from my body.

After completing my medical degree and becoming a Registered Dietitian, I realized that the traditional one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition wasn't working for most people, especially those from South Asian backgrounds. Our bodies, our cultural foods, and our lifestyles are unique, and they deserve personalized care.

Over the past 8+ years, I've helped hundreds of clients transform their relationship with food and their bodies. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition science with compassionate, culturally sensitive coaching. I believe that sustainable health comes from understanding your body, honoring your cultural foods, and building habits that fit your life, not from deprivation or rigid rules.
